Wash by hand or in the washing machine at 30 degrees.

How do i measure my dimensions?
To measure your dimensions you will need a tape measure.
- Chest: To measure the chest circumference, place the tape measure around the largest part of the chest.
- Waist: To measure your waist, wrap the tape measure around the thinnest point of the waist (around the belly button)
- Hips: To measure your hips, wrap the tape measure around the largest part of your hips
